  4. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, then change the water and boil twice more for 20 minutes each with a change of water, then put it in a colander.
  5. Syrup is prepared in another container: for this, granulated sugar is diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to 0.5 and brought to a boil.
